restoration of electro-mechanical components partially submerged in water due to flash flood in river ujh at lis ratti bakhta in district kathua.- 1 restoration of electro-mechanical components partially submerged in water due to flash flood inriver ujh at lis ratti bakhta in district kathua. 2 desilting of pump house filled up due to flash flood at lis ratti bakhta. the job involves clearance of silt, sand, pebbles, wooden blocks and bushes etc. from inside as well as surroundings of the pump house by engaging manual labour and further disposing of the same at a suitable distance using manual labour, hand carts and necessary required tools & tackles. the job involves complete dismantling of 120 h.p motor no. 1,2&3 of pumping unitof lis ratti bakhta from installed position then extraction of rotor from stator followed by cleaning of stator and rotor using compressed air, organic solvent, ccl4 etc. to remove the dust particles /silt etc. replacement of damaged/broken wedges, f-class insulation paper etc wherever required. extraction of bearings from their housings and cleaning by kerosene oil and removing silt/dirt from bearings. varnishing the rotor and stator with dr.beck compound or equivalent make of varnish in two coats, drying by hot air process. thereafter checking the ir value using megger meter. refitting bearings in housings, greasing properly and re-assembling the motor and pumps, re-installing the same on their original position at lis ratti bakhta. repair of 200mm foot valve at lis ratti bakhta of unit no.1 by way of decoupling the foot valve by cutting/unfastening the nuts and bolts from suction pipe. dismantling of foot valve after unfastening/cutting the nuts & bolts. cleaning of foot valve from mud and silt. shifting the disc assembly to workshop & repair by way of rebuilding/remetalling the disc for proper alignment and balance to fit in the seat for no leakage of water. assembling the foot valve and p/f of new rubber packing sheet, nuts and bolts etc. lowering the foot valve in the sump & coupling with suction pipe by providing new rubber packing sheet, nuts bolts and washers. checking for leakages. servicing 200mm foot valves at lis ratti bakhta of unit no. 2&3. extraction of foot valves out of sump with help of manual labour. repair to 150 mm dia sluice valve of unit no 2, installed at lift irrigation station ratti bakhta, by way of cutting of nuts and bolts around the sluice valve with gas cutter. completely dismantling all the internal parts of valve. providing and replacement of new wedge nut, repair to wedge shape disc with seat ring.providing and replacement of new gland packing, gland plate with gland nuts.properly checking inner body of sluice valve for any cavitations voids or corrosion repairing of the same. complete assembling of valve with providing of graphite packing. providing and fitting of rubber sheet between the flanges on both side of valve with providing of new nuts and bolts. job further includes servicing of sluice valve no.s 1&3 by way of dismantling from its installed position& cleaning the internal parts of the valve. servicing of 150mm reflux valves of pumping units 1,2&3 by way of dismantling reflux valve and cleaning the internal parts of the valve, reassembling the valves along with the pipes by providing/fitting of new rubber sheets and nuts, bolts etc.job further includes replacement of worn out parts of 2 hp priming pump by way of complete dismantling internal parts of pump. replacement of shaft with new one, turning and finishing for bearing and impeller size, providing and fitting of new bearings, gland pate with studs & complete rewinding of 2 hp of priming unit by way of dismantling of motor and extracting rotor out of it. complete rewinding of motor at workshop by extracting out old damaged winding manually and cleaning of stator slots. inserting of insulation papers in slots, complete rewinding of the stator by using standard copper wire of requisite gauge. tightening /locking of coils into the slots by using glass fiber wedges. complete varnishing of the stator and allowing to completely dry. greasing of bearings with high quality bearing grease.job includes highly skilled labour charges, cost of material.job includes loading unloading , manual labour, carriage charges, tools and tackles, cost of materials, installation andtesting charges at site. complete job. note: the tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. the firm should offer rebate on old material. 3 rebate on old parts
