tender for repair/ periodic maintenance of foot valves of various liss in marh area falling under the jurisdiction of misd-1 jammu , repairs/periodic maintenance of below mentioned dia. foot valves of different lift stations falling in marh area. job includes extraction of foot valves from their installed position inside the nallah by means of cutting of damaged/rusted/wornout nut bolts using cutter and then lifting of foot valves on head load using manual labour and shifting the extracted foot valves to workshop through mechanical transport wherever required. job includes complete dismantling of foot valves and extraction of parts for assessment of damages and then providing/fitting of new flapper pin, leather gaskets, repairs to existing flapper plate and intermediate spacer plates wherever required. providing/fitting of new nuts and bolts and repairs to ci strainer and then reassembling of all parts of foot valves and then shifting of foot valves back to site by mechanical transport and then re-fixing the foot valves on the suction side of the pumping machinery by providing/fitting of new set of nuts and bolts of appropriate size. complete job includes cost of skilled/semi-skilled labour to be employed at site, tools and tackles charges, transportation charges to and fro from workshop. a) lis datriyal 250mm dia.- 3no.s b) lis dai chak 200mm dia.- 2no.s c) lis rathua 300mm dia.- 2no.s 250mm dia.- 1no. d) lis kukerian 250mm dia.- 2no.s 200mm dia.- 2no.s , rebate on old parts
