repair/replacement of worn out parts of 5cusec x 10m head pump of unit-3 along with other allied works at lis rathua- 1 repair/replacement of worn out parts of 5cusec x 10m head pump of unit-3 along with other allied works at lis rathua 2 decoupling of 05 cusec x 10m head horizontal casing pump of unit no.3 at lis rathua from the motor assembly and dismantling the pump from the base frame. carriage of the dismantled 05 cusec horizontal casing pump set to the nearest roadside, using manual labour, head load to nearest tractor road, loading in transport vehicle by manual labour and carriage to the workshop for repairs.repair to 5cusec x 10m head horizontal casing pump set at workshop by way of dismantling and extraction of damaged internal parts. providing/fitting of new pump shaft by way ofturning, rethreading & finishing to accurate size as per specifications of old damaged shaft. making of new slots for feather keys. job includes repairs to impeller by way of remetalling, machining, turning and finishing to accurate size including making of new key way of the same specifications. providing and fitting of new bushes 2no.s, new gland rings, new bearings as per sample, new studs/bolts on it, applying sufficient amount of grease to avoid excessive wear and tear, gland packing as per requirement, complete assembling of pump set after carrying out necessary repairs. shifting back to the lis rathua and then fitting/reinstallation at the base frame, coupling with the motor by making proper alignment and testing on partial/full load. complete job including cost of material and labour charges etc.servicing/repairs to 2no.s foot valves i.e. 1no. 300mm dia. and 1no. 250mm dia. of lis rathua choked due to flash floods. job includes extraction of foot valves from their installed position in the nallah by means of cutting of rusted nut bolts using cutter and then lifting of foot valves on head load using manual labour and shifting to nearest working area using manual labour on head load. job includes complete dismantling of foot valves at site and cleaning them of mud/sludge and extraction of parts for assessment of damages if any and then providing/fitting of gaskets and repairs to existing flapper plate by welding work and proper finishing.re-assembling of all parts of foot valves by providing/fitting of new nuts bolts and then re-fixing the foot valves on the suction side of the pumping machinery. job includes cost of skilled/semi-skilled labour, tools and tackles charges etc. to be employed at site. dismantling/decoupling of the damaged 40h.p electric motor of pumping unit no-3 from starter electrical connections. repairs to rotor of motor by providing/fitting of new bearings (de & nde) after rebuilding of the rotor shaft and finishing to bearing sizes, making new keyway for coupling, providing/fitting of bearing end cover plates. complete greasing of the bearing, providing/fitting of side strainers. complete job includes cost of material and labour charges.repair to fasd starter of 40hp pumpset of unit no.3 by way of replacing damaged protection relay, replacement of damaged 01no. contactor 100amp, replacing 01 timer assembly, repairs to internal control wiring .providing and fitting of new thimbles by cutting ends of cable. making of all the electric connections and testing the starter on partial/ full load. job includes cost of material and labour charges and including rebate on old material etc. c/job 3 rebate on old parts
