tender for rewinding/ repairs to 120 hp motor of 3 cusec x 59 meter head discharge pump unit no iii along with allied works at lis ratti bakhta,(district kathua). , decoupling of 120 hp motor from 3 cusec x 59 meter head discharge pump unit no iii and then dismantling the motor from the base frame. carriage & shifting of dismantled motor to roadside using manual labour and then to workshop by carriage vehicle. rewinding and repairs to 120 hp motor of pumping unit no iii by extracting out old damaged winding manually and cleaning of stator slots. inserting of insulation papers in slots, complete rewinding of the stator by using standard copper wire of requisite gauge. making of connection coils in star delta. tightening /locking of coils into the slots by using glass fiber wedges. complete varnishing of the stator and allowing to completely dry. repair to rotor shaft by way of welding the positions of bearings and coupling pulley, turning and finishing making the area smooth and balanced. providing and fitting of two number new bearing nos. 6319-c3/6319-c3 of skf/ nbc/or equivalent reputed make on driving and non driving ends, nuts and bolts. repairs/replacement of parts of ats, of 120hp motor of unit no.3 at lis ratti bakhta. disconnecting all the electrical connections. repair to the ats of 120 hp motor by way of extraction of the damaged ats coils 2 nos. from the tank and draining of the t-oil from the tank and storing it in barrels. dismantling of all the burnt/damaged parts of starter and providing and fixing of new parts i.e contact points, fixed and moving. repairs to its moving mechanism by providing and fixing of sleeve to the moving rod. providing and fixing of no volt coil 1 no. reassembling all the parts of the starter. giving heat treatment to the t oil to remove moisture content in it. complete rewinding of the coils and lowering it in the tank. filling the demoisturized t- oil in the tank along with 10 ltrs fresh t-oil. making all the electric connecti
