tender for dismantling of 01no. old, erection of 01no. new 145kv sf-6 circuit breaker at 132kv s/s saidpur & overhauling of 02no. 145kv c.b. at 132kv s/s ghazipur & 220kv s/s ghazipur respectively under etd-ghazipur. sl. no. item description 1 dismantling of 145kv sf-6 gas circuit breaker (abb make) by disconnecting the ac supply, dc supply and control cable connections and opening of nuts, bolts, jumpers,earthing and dismantling of all three poles safely along with copper pipe line ofcircuit breaker.this work also includes shifting of dismentled material to the store as per instruction of the supervising engineer with the help of crane hydra. the work also includes dismantling the mechanism housing, horizontal frame unit and its shifting to store 2 .erection of new 145kvsf-6 gas circuit breaker at 132 kv 63 mva -ii t/f bay. this work includesunpacking of entire three poles from crates safely .fixing of supporting structure after opening of protection covers & fixing of interrupting units on the frame as per drawing/manual.& as per instruction given by engineer incharge.this work also includes connections of all mechanical linkages , earthing (painted with green colour)etc. to complete the job satisfactorily . this work also includes all the modifications required for fixing base legs & earthing of new circuit breakers with the help of welding machine/ gas cutter etc. the connections of all jumpers ,clamps etc to complete the erection work satisfactorily. 3 major overhauling of 145 kv sf-6 circuit breaker of spring type installed at (i) 132 kv ghazipur (220)- zamania tss ckt-ii(make-siemens, mfg year-2017) at 220 kv s/s ghazipur.(ii) 100 mva 132, 33 kv t/f-i, hv side (cgl-make, mfg-year 2011). work includes ove hauling of control block assembly. opening latch, closing latch, anti-pumping assembly, opening , cleaning and greasing of motor charging system, replacement of worn out part checking of shock absorber, close damper etc. adjstment of all gaps, cleaning and greasing of levers, connectiong rods, cam disc cam etd.checking of machanism assembly for wear and tear recification /repairing of worn out parts , checking of limit switch, power contractor, auxiliary contractor for proper functioning. checking and retghtening of all electrical connections, checking for gas leakage from copper pipe assembly of gas system & its correction by provinding & fixing gasket measurment of closing and tripping time of circuit breaker measurement of contractor resistance of circuit breaker.
