tender for major overhauling of 2 nos 145kv cb at 132 kv substation anand nagar under etd-ii gorakhpur - 145kv cb of 132kv bus coupler and 63mva t/f bay at 132kv s/s anand nagar creating trouble in mechanism dunng its operation and require its rectification by following works:work involves rectification of 145kv cb by overhauling of mechanism: includes work of overhauling of control block asssembly, opening latch, closing latch, support latch, anti-pumping assembly opening, cleaning and greasing of motor charging system, replacement of worn-out parts. checking of shock absorber, closing damper, elc. adjustement of all gaps, cleaning and greasing of levers, connecting rods, etc. checking of mechanical assembly for wear and tear rectification/repair of worn out parts. checking/rectification of mit switch, power contactors, auxiliary contactors for proper functioning. checking and tightening of all electrical connections, replacement of defective left and right spring of drawing prawls. measurement of contact resistance of circuit breaker 2 145kv cb of 132kv bus coupler and 63mva t/f bay at 132kv s/s anand nagar
