tender for repairing/overhauling of 132 kv & 33 kv circuit breaker and 132 kv isolator under etd-ii, noida. - following work is to be done in 36 kv vcbs of cgl/abb/siemens make for below mentioned bays at 132 kv substation sector-62 noida with all cost of men, miscellaneous consumers, t&p, testing kit etc:(a) general maintenance, servicing along with repairing of operation & spring charging mechanism for rectifying mechanical problem of vcbs including travel measurement of moving rod, checking of c.b. contact continuity, dismantling of tie rod assembly etc.(b) cleaning of all moving parts and their oiling & greasing of crank gears by opening of lock, circlip etc. (c) checking and rectification of problem in electrical circuit including aux. contact block.(d) checking of auto operation of spring charging motor, setting of limit switches.(e) measurement of contact resistances of all the poles using contact resistance meter.(f) checking of megger value of breaker poles.(g) measurement of tripping and closing time of all the poles with the help of digital time measurement equipment. (h) checking of healthiness of the vacuum interrupter by using vacuum interrupter tester.(i) finally checking the opening & closing of the circuit breaker through remote and local. 2 33 kv feeder bay 3 33 kv transformer bay 4 repairing/overhauling of 132/33 kv isolator by opening of isolator mechanism & jaw/blade, its thoroughly cleaning & proper oiling/greasing by applying best quality grease/petroleum jelly, there after fitting of jaw/blade & operation mechanism and adjustment of opening/closing of isolator, check its operation & also replacing damaged clamps is required. all t&p and manpower will be provided by the contractor at his own cost. 5 isolator of 132 kv bays 132 kv substation sector-62 6 major overhauling of 145 kv circuit breaker spring type including overhauling of control block assembly, opening latch, closing latch, support latch, anti pumping assembly. opening, cleaning and greasing of motor charging system and replacement of worn parts. checking of shock absorber, closing damper, adjustment of all gaps. cleaning and greasing of levers, connecting rods, cam, disc, cam etc. checking of mechanism assembly for wear and tear, rectification/repairing of worn out parts. checking of limit switch, power contacts, auxiliary contactors for proper functioning. checking and tightening of all electrical connections. checking of gas leakage from copper pipe assembly of gas system. measurement of closing, tripping time and crm of circuit breaker.a. cb of 132 kv bays at 220 kv substation sector-62
