tender for work of various miscellaneous works under etd khurja bulandshahr. - overhauling of 145 kv cb in 132 kv khurja-ii bay @ 220 kv s/s khurja:-overhauling of control block assembly, opening latch, closing latch, support latch, anti-pumping assembly. opening, cleaning and greasing of motor charging system and replacement of worn parts. checking of shock absorber, closing damper, adjustment of all gaps. cleaning and greasing of levers, connecting rods, cam, disc cam etc. checking of mechanism assembly for wear and tear, rectification/repairing of worn out parts. checking of limit switch, power contact, auxiliary contactors for proper functioning. checking and tightening of all electrical connections. checking of gas leakage from copper pipe assembly of gas system, measurement of closing, tripping time and crm of circuit breaker. 2 dismantling of damaged 145 kv circuit breaker at 132 kv s/s debai (132 kv shikarpur line bay) by disconnecting ac & dc supply and opening of nuts & bolts, jumpers, cable connections, earthing, and opening of all linkage poles along with copper pipe with the help of hydra then dismantling of all dismantled material at storage place as instructed by engineer incharge. the work also includes dismantling of mechanism housing, gi structures, and shifting it to storage place with all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. 3 erection of new 145 kv circuit breaker at 132 kv s/s debai (132 kv shikarpur line bay). the work includes carriage of cb with accessories from storage place to work site with the help of hydra after unpacking all poles. fixing of supporting structures after opening of protection covers, fixing of interupting unit at the frames as per drawing manual and as per instruction given by engineer in charge, checking level of all three poles with level meter, then connecting all mechanical linkage, gas pipes, complete cable connections, electrical terminations as per drawing, cable lying, if required. the work also includes all the modifications required to be done for fixing the base leg of new cb with the help of welding machine. providing and fixing of 50x10mm ms flat for earthing connection and painting by one coat red oxide primer and two coat synthetic enamel green colour paint. connection of all connector, clamps, replacing if required with all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. 4 shifting of 1 no. fote and 1 no. rtu from store to loading point and safely loading the panel with the help of manual labour/crane at 132 kv s/s bhu, varanasi along with other associated work with all cost of men, material and t&p required for satisfactory completion of work in the direction of supervising engineer. 5 safe carriage of 1 no. fote and 1 no. rtu on suitable capacity/size vehicle arranged by the contractor from 132 kv s/s bhu, varanasito 220 kv s/s khurja (approx. distance: 700 km) 6 unloading/proper stacking of 1 no. fote and 1 no. rtu from vehicle to store/suitable place with the help of manual labour/crane at 220 kv s/s khurja along with other associated work with all cost of men, material and t&p required for satisfactory completion of work in the direction of supervising engineer. 7 dismantling of damaged 33 kv khurja bypass circuit breaker with the help of hydra and skilled labour. work includes opening of jumper from all 6 clamps of breaker then opening of earthing clamps from breaker. dismantling of 3 poles after opening of all nuts and bolts from auxiliary structure. shifting of above damaged breaker from switchyard to je store. 8 modification of existing foundation and refabricating of auxiliary structure of damaged 33 kv breaker as per suitability of new breaker to be installed in 33 kv khurja bypass feeder. work includes cutting and bending of existing auxiliary structure, welding/punching holes such that modified structure should be able to support the new breaker. 9 erection of new breaker of 33 kv khurja bypass feeder which includes carriage of breaker with the help of hydra from je store of switchyard and erecting the breaker on modified structure base afer tightening the breaker on base and connecting all jumpers completing the job satisfactorily.
