| 1 | M&L for cleaning stone masonary walls of heritage buildingwith wire brushing (bush) fixed with electrical grinder/buffing machine and make the surface clean upto satisfactory level including taking down of plants with roots (any kind) complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.Note :- (i) The work will be carried out in heritage buildings upto ht of 30mtrs from ground level therefore contractor is deemed to visit site prior quoting of tender. (ii) All the safety arrangements like scaffolding, mechanical cranes, tools, safety harness etc should be catered in quoted rates as the work will be carried out in ceiling which height is upto 7-10mtr from floor and the building ht is upto 30mtrs from GL. |
| 2 | M&L for gently cleaning the buffing surface of stone masonry walls with high pressure nozzles with controlled water misting and pH-balanced mild surfactants as specified for surface and joint areas to remove surfaces dirt/grit,algae, and other foreign deposits without damaging the natural texture, finish, or integrity of the stonecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 3 | M&L for Grouting/injecting in stone masonry wall joints with cement based epoxy grouts mixed with chemical based materials(as directed by Engr-in-charge) of high strength for specific applications to improve structure stability of loose or deteriorated stone and mortar joints.The execution shall be carried out as per the following procedure and all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge:-(i)Before application, clean and prepare the masonry joints by removing all loose material, dust, debris, and deteriorated mortar. (ii)Groutingarea will be sealed properply with necessary chemicals or epoxy polymers(as directed by Engr-in-charge) to reducing water infiltrations and potential damages. (iii) Drill the particular area as directed and insert the silicone nozzoles(make/dia and length will be as directed by Engr-in-charge) upto required depth as per site requirement. (iv) Mix epoxy grout with hardener/resin/adhesive chemicals according to specifications as directed by Engr-in-charge to ensure suitable consistency and inject grout into joints, using low pressure method to avoid damage and allow grout to cure, following manufacturer instructions or directed by Engr-in-charge. (v) After application fill the joints properly with leakage proof gout and done pointing accordinly as existing. |
| 4 | M&L for applying water resistance and High shine stone polish of make approved by Engr-in-charge on stone masonry walls surfaces of buildings with help of clean soft cloth and allow to dry and after that buffing the applied area with cotton/wool etc pads attached with buffing machine complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 5 | Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris out side MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor. |
| 6 | Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc Including removal of debris out side MD landcomplete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | M&L for rendering 25mm thick Ready Mix plaster (1:4) in vertical walls of stone masonary with 3% water proofing compound @ wt of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.(WPC will be measured and paid seperately).Note:- (i) The plaster should be carried out in two layer first layer should be 15mm finished with brush mark and the second layer of 10mm thick plaster.(ii) After finishing the first layer it should be curing for minimum next 07 days before applying the second layer of plaster and applying second layer of plaster same curing process will be follow as intial one. |

| 22 | M&L for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 75 cm center to center at 45 degree in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-incharge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :-(i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles.(ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes.External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs.(iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. |
| 23 | M&L for Injecting of site cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1- Cement, 2-water) including super plsticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled.
