Name of Work: Providing APP membrane and re-fixing of shingles in CSOWC building

Providing and laying APP modified membrane for water proofing roof at height upto 10m having scope of work, removal of the existing shingles without damaging the shingles and cleaning the cement fiber board surface thoroughly and ensuring it isfree from dust, loose particles, oil and grease etc. apply one coat of bitumen primer uniformly over the entire surface approx. 0.25 L/m2 and allow primer to dry fully. Supplying and laying 3mm APP modified bitumen water proofing membrane by torch application for uniform bonding over the primed surface, ensure minimum 75mm overlap on the side laps and minimum 100mm at end laps, apply bitumen based sealant on all overlap joints for additional protection and to avoid joint failure and refixing the existing shingles (department shingles issued free of costs). The rate shall be inclusive for the above scope of work, including costs for removing and stacking of shingles, refixing the existing shingles, sealant, bitumen primer, APP membrane, tools, consumables, LPG, safety PPE\"s, conveyance of all materials, labour etc. complete. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator. (Finished area will be measured for making payment).

The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator (Finished area will be measured for making payment).

Supplying and fixing 12 mm thickfiber cement board at height upto 10m of approved quality over the steel purlins / rafters using self drilling and self tapping steel screws at specified intervals and laying to line and level to match with the existing roof including costs and conveyance of all materials, labour etc. complete.
