Steel Pontoons- 1 Block repair and painting of steel pontoon S.P-X(30m x 8m x 2m) 2 Pontoon to be blocked and unblocked. 3 Ultrasonic gauging to be done on Bottom, Side hull, Deck, Transom plate. 4 Renewal of Fairleads including doubler plate. 5 Renewal of twin bollards including doubler plate. 6 Renewal of single bollards. 7 Fabrication and fitment of steel blister fender from 200NB half cut pipe stiffened with ‘D’ shaped stiffener 500mm apart alongwith dressing of damaged wooden fender cleats. 8 Damaged Steel plate to be renewed.Side hull- 60m x0.5m x8mm-1.884 MT.40% of Deck plate-6.028- MT.50% of bottom plate-7.536 MT. Rubbing plate-3.5MTInside frame work and Bkt.-1.3MT Air vent pipe-0.113MT. 9 Chipping, scrapping & cleaning external and internal surfaces 10 External hull including deck fittings of the pontoon to be
