Gauge Discharge Sites In Bagmati, Kamla, Kosi,And Burhi Gandak (Road Bridge Samastipur) In Monsoon Period 2025-26. --1 Clearance of Jungle near Gauge site, construction path, X-Section line, shifting of pivot Point and Construction path 07 Nos X 48.0 M2av = 336.0 M2 (SOR Item No- 5.1.3) 2 Provision for fabrication and installation of bamboo gauge post at river banks of bamboo size 62 m.m. to 75 mm dia and 2.5 m. long making shoe, surface cleaning painting two coats or more with white, black and red synthetic enamel paint including cost of materials and labour charge as per direction of E/I (as per analysis). 3 Painting and marking on gauge post. Painting/Marking of gauge (Water Level) on bridge piers , plates and abutments with synthetic enamel of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade by two or more coats and making the gauge with Japan paint Red, Black and White with standardand metric gradation marking of 5 mm thickness in black & white alternately & Red synthetic enamel of width 5 mm at every 50 mm etc complete. (a) up to 5m depth (SOR-cwc-3.1.6.2) 4 Hiring of Non AC Inspection Vehicle Sumo/Victa/ Bolero for departmental officer & contractor for inspection, mobilization and and carrying tools & plants material by contractor to all Gauge site. (Rate as per Current BSTDC rate) (a) 12 HRS PER DAY/ 2000.00 km. per month @ Rs. 44200.00 (b) 1600 km. extra per month beyond 2000 km @ 16/km. for 10 km (C) Haultage for driver 2 nos @ 2 trip/month X 5= 10 5 Labour cost for taking water gauge, water velocity and calculation of discharge with the help of gauge khalasi, gauge reader and Jr. Engineer at =5 nos (Dhamara ghat, Sakhwa Ghat, Samastipur road bridge, Kotheram & Ghoghepur) . sites as per analysis attached.(Add C.P. 10%)(Rate as per Labour dept. Govt. of Bihar, Letter no. 05/MW-40-16/2021 L & R 1660 Dated 28.03.2025 ) 6 Labour charge for taking hourly water level with the help of gauge khalasi, gauge reader & taking one time water velocity and water depth with the help of, JE, current meter & eco sounder at 02 nos. gauge sites (Badla Ghat-1 & Badla Ghat- 2) as per analysis including calculation of discharge .
