    Swine Flu Rt Pcr Kit , Swine Flu Rt Pcr Kit :- , Taqman One Step Real Time Pcr Kit To Detect Universal Influenza A, Influenza B, Pdm09 H1n1, H3n2, Rnasep & Positive, Negative Control. 2.Kit Should Have Cdc/Who Validated Primer Probes, Master Mix, Rt, Taq Etc. With Rtpcr Reaction Setup, Should Be Validated And Compatible On Biored Cfx 96 Machine. 3.Kit Should Be Multiplexing (Not More Than Four Targets In Single Tube). 4.Kit Should Also Include Cdc Approved One Step Master Mix, Pcr Strips (White) With Caps Should Be Included Along The Kit. 5.Kit Should Be Approved By Icmr/Ncdc/Dcgi/Niv. 6.All Above Items Should Be Supplied By Same Manufacture. 7.Vender Should Send The Application Specialist To Standardised Kits On Machine. 8.Supportive Document Should Be Submitted With Tender.
