Any damage to the surface to be repaired and cost to be added to the bill as per sq. m rate (Maximum 10% of total synthetic court area of each court to be repaired in one year i.e (54.4+47.6=102sqm). Three coat painting of total court surface i.e Basketball court-544 sq. m Volleyball court-476 sq. m Total-1020 sq. m by red fill acrylic latex with graded silica sand for non-skid court. (Asian paint/synthetic court paint) Painting of Basketball posts and Glass paint on the fiber board (Annually) 10 sq. m white metallic paint application of antirust and primer. post Maintenance of Flood light of the court, on replacement basis cost to be added in the bill as per actual replacement (max 12 lights may be replaced in one year). Ground marking as per Basketball federation of India and Volleyball Federation of India approved standards by qualified person with Acrylic paint approved red fill Synthetic Court paint. Volley ball pole to be marked and paint with Asian white annually total area 1 sq m post application of antirust and primer. Seating area painting to be carried out annually (20(basketball) + 45(Volleyball) = 65 sq. m). Plinth area painting to be carried out around the synthetic court by yellow and red terracotta paint annually (210(basketball) + 130(Volleyball) = 340 sq. m). Faulty wiring for the flood lights to be changed (Three core copper wire of length 80 m with conduit may be changed annually) Painting of light poles annually with Red and White metallic paint post application of antirust and primer.
