    Tender For Purchase Undernoted Items For Laboratory Purpose Use. B.O.D. INCUBATOR: - Necessary Key Features 1) Electrically operated 2) Triple walled construction: Inner chamber is made of 304 Quality 22 SWG Stainless Steel and Outer & Middle body are made of 22 SWG Mild Steel Sheet with powder coating paint. 3) PUF insulation is provided between the two walls. Heavily insulated Door front door and A full view 5mm thick full glass door is fitted for inspection of the material kept under the test. 4) Temperature range from 0°C to 65°C. Temperature controlled by PID Digital Temperature Indicator Cum Controller. In that case accuracy will be ± 0.1°C. For Controlling the Temperature a highly sensitive solid-state controller with PT-100 Sensor will be fitted to maintain the temperature from 0°C to 65°C with an accuracy ± 0.1°C. 5) A hermetically (DENFROST) Make Sealed type CFC FREE Refrigerant compressor is fitted at the bottom in a special housing for obtaining the low temperature. 6) The cooling coil is vertically mounted at the back of the working chamber and forced air is trusted re-circulated through the same chamber for attaining maximum temperature uniformity with the help of Blower. 7) Warranty: 3 years VERTICAL AUTOCLAVE: - Necessary Key Features 1) Boiling chamber made up off (304 Quality) 14-gauge Stainless Steel Sheet and outer body made up off 22-gauge Mild Steel Sheet with paint. 2) Working pressure: 15/20 lbs. inch, hydraulically tested up to 100% for working steam. Provided with pressure gauge, Double Safety Valve Steam release Cock fitted on Stainless Steel Lid and Ring.
