    Tender For Metagenome Sequencing Of Sandalwood- 18 Samples • Total Number of samples-18 • High quality DNA Extraction and QC • Bacterial 16srRNA Library Preparation (V3-V4) • Amplicon metagenome sequencing using Illumina Miseq • Data generation-0.1 million high quality reads per sample • Raw data in FASTQ format • Basic metagenome data analysis-Data QC, quality-based filtering, OTU assignment, abundance-alpha diversity, beta diversity • Data visualization (rarefaction curve, stacked bar plots, heatmaps, PCOA plots) • Report with detailed methodology, results and reference. • Total time for data generation: maximum 6 weeks after receipt of the sample • Sample pick up should be arranged by the firm • Service provide should provide the raw data along with the details of on the primer sequences used for the library preparation, and details of sample index/barcodes sequences used for each sample • The service provider should provide the DNA QC, Library QC, Raw data, bioinformatics analysis reports
