    Tender For Providing And Installation Of 5 K.L. Oil Tanker And Other Associated Work For All Electricity Workshop Divisions under Electricity Workshop Circle, Lucknow, 1 Providing of Transformer Oil Tanker of 5 K.L. capacity, having 838 m.m. dia & 2286 m.m. long by fabrication & welding from 5 m.m. thick M.S. plate having 2 no. hooks made from 12 m.m. thick M.S. plate for lifting & 3 no. stand made from 5 m.m. thick M.S. plate to keep the tanker 400 m.m. high from the ground level. The tanker should have three no. compartments by fabricating & welding 2 no. partitions by 3 m.m. thick M.S. plate to prevent the sloshing of oil inside the tanker. There should be proper man-whole with its cover with proper locking arrangement. The tanker should be painted inside with heat resistant paint (Zink Chromate) & by red Oxide paint (1 coat) & gray enamel paint (2 coats) on the outside. 2 Installation of 1 no. 50 m.m. dia gate Valv (brass) for outlet of oil with 2 no. flow meter (I.S.I. Mark) & 10 meter hydraulic pipe (1 inch. Dia) with fitting. 3 Providing & Installation of heavy duty mono block oil motor (1.5 HP single phase) & inbuilt with pressure pump for draining & filling the oil
