    Tender For Closing Of Broken Windows At 10 M 20 M 60 M 90 M Height In Urea Prilling Tower At Rcf Trombay Factory Chembur Mumbai 400074 ; I. ) Transporting The Necessary Rope Suspended Platform System On Site, Erecting And Installing The Same On Location As Shown By Eic For Urea Prilling Towerii ) Removing The Damaged Part Of Windows And Shifting The Debris To The Location As Shown By Eiciii ) Closing The Window Openings At 10M, 20M, 60M, 90M Height With Aac Blocks ( Syporex Blocks ) . Providing And Applying Ready Mix Polymer Plaster 20Mm Thick Externally And Internally ( As Possible ) Iv ) Applying One Coat Of Primer And Two Coats Of Epoxy Paint For Building To Match The Existing Colour And Pattern. V ) Dismantling The Entire Rope Suspended Platform Vi ) Carrying Out The Entire Job With Topmost Safety Precautions. The Entire Job Is To Be Carried Out As Per Scope Mentioned In Nit And As Directed By Eic.Vii ) Total Quantity Is 16 Nos Of Windows. If The Window Closing Work Is Less Than Proportionate Reduction In Rates / Amount Of Windows As Per Pro Rata Basis Shall Be Made.
