10Supply and fix for anodized aluminium snap grid frame work with size of grid 605x605mm made out of aluminium ‘T’ section as main runner/ cross Tee and ‘L’ angle as wall angle for false ceiling including 4mmdia suspender, making position for light fittings, including provision of 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building, E-board (decorative) , fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/ aluminium frame work with screw complete all as specified and directed.
11Material and labour for Providing and fixing suspended false ceiling, which includes providing and fixing GI ultra perimeter channels of size 0.55 mm thick having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm and a web of 27 mm alongwith perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brickwall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610 mm centres.then suspending GI ultra intermidieate channels of size 45 mm , 0.9 mm thick with two flanges of 15 mm each from the soffit at 1220 mm centres with ultra ceiling angle of width 25mmx10mmx0.55 mm thick fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners.Ultra ceiling section of 0.55 mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5 mm and two flanges of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm are then fixed to the ultra intermidieate channel with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the ultra intermidieate channel at 457 mm centres.12.5 mm tapered edge Gypboard (Confirming to IS-2095-1982) is then screw fixing is done mechanically either with screw driver or drilling machine with suitable attachment.Finally the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling & finishing the tapered and square edges of the boards with jointing conmpound, paper tape and two coats of plastic emulson paint over 3mm thick putty complete all as specified and directed.
12S&F 6mm thick AC corugated sheet or semi corrugated sheet fixed with "L type or J type hooks in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.
13S&F 6mm thick Asbestos cement two-piece adjustable plain angular ridge complete all as specified and directed.
14S&F 0.63 mm CGI sheet with two corrugated inside lab fixed with "L" type hook as in roof complete all as specified and directed.
15S&F 0.63 mm Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips valley gutters sun shed etc complete all as specified and directed.
16S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel steet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screwes complete all as specified and directed.

70Taking down steel hangar gate carefully from the existing position and refixing after repair works including necessary welding and nut bolts and proper greasing etc the same for smooth and easy pulling and pushing includingproper cleaning, greasing the floor and the top channel, making good and cleaning of disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Approx size of gate 25.00 m x 8.00 m)
71Taking down steel rolling shutter carefully from the existing position and repairingthe same for smooth and easy pulling and pushing after proper oiling, greasing, replacing MS shaft pipe and steel oil (helical wire spring), ball bearing repairing locking bracket plates, including necessary welding etc andrefixing the same in position, making good and cleaning of disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Approx area of per rolling shutter 6.00 Sqm to 11.50 Sqm)
