Carrying Out Complete Rewinding Of The Stator Windings And Rotor Windings Whenever Necessary By Using Copper Wire Of Suitable Guage And Insulation. Inspection Of Bearings / Bushings And Replacement Of Bearings / Bushings If Required. Replacement Of Terminal Cable And Replacement Of Water Seal. Assembling Of Motor. Overhauling Of Pump Set. Painting Of Motor With Two Coats Of Smoke Grey Enamel Paint If Necessary. Testing Of The Motor At Their Workshop On No Load. Testing Of The Motor At Kpcl Work Site. To And Fro Transportation And Loading / Unloading At Ex-Works Of Motors Shall Be Arranged By The Contractor.
