C ) Reporting Of Known Small Rna ( Mirna And Other Non Coding Rnas ) . Prediction Of Novel Small Rnas . Prediction Of Mirna/Small Rna Targets , Mirna Based Ssr Markers Alongwith Primers List , Tasi-Mirnas Etc . D ) Mirna Network/Hub Genes For Salt Stress , Mirna Target Plot And Heat Map Of Differentially Expressed Genes . E ) If Data Does Not Fulfil The Above Criterion , Data Will Not Be Accepted . Sample Details: 24 Samples Will Be Sent To The Firm In Split ( I . E . 12 Samples In Current Financial Year And 12 Samples In The Next Year .
