Lead ) , Dismantling Existing Check Rails, Guard Rail By Opening All Fittings And Fastenings Making New Check Rails, Guard Rail Of Required Length By Cutting, Bending, Drilling, Notching Holes, Gas Cutting Of Flange Etc. And Laying The Same As Required With Contractors Own Tools & Labour. Density With Skv Process Of Thermit Welding With Railway Prefabricated Moulds & Rly. Thermit Portion. Welding Will Be Done By Contractor On Cess / Situ As Per I.R.S. Specification T-19-1984 ( Amended Up To Date ) Including All Materials, Skilled / Unskilled Labour Required For Creation Of Necessary Gaps Including Cutting Of Rails If Required, Grinding, Aligning, Leveling Etc. And Make Track Fit For Sectional Speed. This Will Include Unloading Equipment Lpg / Oxygen, Cylinder, Petrol, Ignition Matches, Consumable Stores And Other Ancillary Items Required For Execution Of Work As Per Welding Manual.
