Stone Ballast Laying Already Along The Track On Cess In To Track Including Lead Up To 200Meter On Either Side Of The Track As Per The Required Ballast Profile , Welding ( At ) Of Rail Joints On Single Rail / Swp / Lwr 52Kg / 60Kg / 90R For Conversion Into Lwr And Removal Of Defective Rail Weld Joints Of 52Kg / 60Kg / 90R Rails On Cess / In Situ On Cst-9 / St / Psc Sleepers Up To M+8 / 1660 Nos.Km. Density With Skv Process Of Thermit Welding With Railway Prefabricated Moulds & Rly. Thermit Portion. Welding Will Be Done By Contractor On Cess / Situ As Per I.R.S. Specification T-19-1984 ( Amended Up To Date ) Including All Materials, Skilled / Unskilled Labour Required For Creation Of Necessary Gaps Including Cutting Of Rails If Required, Grinding, Aligning, Leveling Etc. And Make Track Fit For Sectional Speed. This Will Include Unloading Equipment Lpg / Oxygen, Cylinder, Petrol, Ignition Matches, Consumable Stores And Other Ancillary Items Required For Execution Of Work As Per Welding Manual. This Will Include Leading Of Rails Up To 200 Mtrs. Welders Having Competency Certificate Will Only Be Allowed. 25Mm At Welding Of Rail Joints Of 52 Kg / 60Kg / 90R ( 90 Uts / 72 Uts ) On Cess / In Situ Note :- Payment Will Be Made As Under :- ( I ) 80Perc.
