tender for providing/fitting/installation of slip ring assembly to 400hp/300kw gec make 3 phase induction motor of unit no 5 installed / fitted inside pump house at raya lift irrigation station by way of disconnecting of power connections thereafter dismantling the motors from the base frame as well as decoupling it from the pump. shifting of motors from lis raya to workshop with the help of mechanical transport and unloading the same at workshop carefully with the help of crane. disconnecting rotor and stator connecting leads of slip ring assembly and then dismantling the old / flashed slip ring assembly with the help of suitable tools and tackles. providing & fitting of new slip ring assembly with proper alignment as per sample. providing and fixing of 02 no new carbon brushes set for unit no 2 and 5(set has 12 carbon brushes including carbon brush holders/brackets).connecting the slip ring assembly with the stator and rotor connecting leads by new suitable thimbles. connections to be made firm and tight to avoid any chances of heating and sparking due to loose connections. making proper alignment of motor with pump and connecting with all cables properly. testing of motors on full load. the job also involves providing and fixing of 04 no new exhaust fans including wiring in place of old damaged ones. complete job includes cost of material, transportation charges, labour charges skilled and unskilled including charges for tools and tackles required for execution of job. ravi canal :- d-18 h/r, dol vijaypur. complete job.
