bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - ship; defect rectification of e-575,e-576,e-580 and e-595; e-575 following system valves not holding pressure and leaking:- (a) fire hydrant valve at aer – 01 no ( 80 mm sdsl) and fire main supply butterfly valve at main alleyway to q-deck/ asp – 01 no (80 mm, butterfly valve). (b) port ref condenser inlet ball valve - 01 no (32 mm, ball valve) (c) ref condenser pump (stbd) discharge & suction valve – 02 nos (32 mm sdsl & ball valve) (d) aft ac condenser pump discharge valve – 01 no (150 mm, sdsl valve) all valves to be overhauled, pressure tested (tp-05 bar) and proved for satisfactory operation. no. 01 e-576 da no 2 & 4 sea chest strainer (02 each) deteriorated and foreign material are chocking in heat exchanger. strainers to be repaired/ renewed as per sample. material- ss, height- 250 mm, dia- 60 mm total quantity- 04 nos no. 01 e-580 educator bilge suction valve at asp compartment for void space below 32 rating mess (qty- 02 nos, 65 mm sdsl) not holding pressure. same to be overhauled, pressure tested (tp-05 bar) and proved for satisfactory operation. no. 01 e-595 various system pipe lines observed to be excessively corroded and deteriorated at various places. in way jobs include renewal of following pipelines as per sample (including all joints and fasteners) and proving of system:- (a) fireman system pipe line in fer compartment (dia - 85 mm, length - 3 m, mat - cu-ni) (b) fwd whr discharge pipe line in fer compartment (dia - 85 mm, length – 3.0 m, mat - ms) (c) calorifier inlet pipe line in amr compartment (dia - 40 mm, length – 2.0 m, mat - cu-ni) no. 01
