bids are invited for custom bid for services - various defects e455 e456 e457 e458 l629 l630 l631 - (a) e-455 : leakage observed from ac chilled water pump no 01 mechanical seal. pump to be overhauled and proved for satisfactory operation. job involves renewal of mechanical seal, laging and consumables (b) e-456 : sea water leakage observed from firemain system pipeline at following places:- i. eductor line at fin compartment (length: 0.8 mtr, mat: cuni) ii. main alleyway near quaterdeck (length: 0.5nmtr, mat: cuni) iii. emergency cooling line in fer (length: 2 mtr, mat: cuni) pipe line to be renewed and pressure tasted upto 7.5 bar. defect to be rectified for satisfactory operation of firemain/sea water system. (c) e-457: following system valve not holding:- (i) fire hydrant valve (size 65mm, sdnr, qty: 3 nos) (ii) diesel alternator cooling system (size 65mm, sdnr, qty: 3) valve to be overhauled, pressure tested and proved for satisfactory operation. (d) e-458: insulation lagging of air condition chilled water pipeline deteriorated at places resulting condensation and accumulation of water. lagging to be renewed. (mat: nitrile rubber with fiber covering, size: 6 sqm2 ) defect to be rectified and proved for satisfactory operation. (e) l-629: port signaling projector is malfunctioning and not getting ignited. suspect igniter malfunctioning. di/dr to be carried out and system to be proved for satisfactory operation. (f) l-630: nuc light at mast is not working showing open circuit. power supply cable from bridge to mast is defective and to be renewed. defect to be rectified and proved for satisfactory operation. all inway jobs included like opening of bulkhead panel, removal and refitment of new cable etc. (g) l-631: bow thruster vfd unit in bt compartment is malfunctioning intermittently suspect software updation is required. defect to be rectified and system to be proved for satisfactory operation. total quantity :
