bids are invited for repair, maintenance, and installation of plant/ systems/equipments (version 2) - office space; defect rectification of e 73 e 75 and e 76; service provider; e-73: air leakage observed from various places of air system lines of inflatable seal (dia: 12 mm, total length: 10 mtrs, mat: copper, testing pressure: 3.5 bar). 01 in no. air reducer (7 to 2.5 bar) and 03 nos valves (sdsl valve, size: 10 mm) of shaft inflatable seal air system found leaking and malfunctioning. pipe line to be repair and chemical cleaning including pressure testing to be carried out and defect to be proved for satisfactory operation. 01 in no air reducer and 03 in no. valves to be overhauled and proved. all inway jobs included. e-75: air whistle is found to be malfunction intermittently during operation. suspects lp air line of system is chocked due ti wear/tear, ageing and solenoid valve is malfunctioning. lp air line to be chemically cleaned and defect to be proved of for satisfactory operation. solenoid valve to be repaired and proved for satisfactory operation. e-76: minor pin hole and leak observed in fer bilge suction pipe line view ageing. further bilge suction valve is found to be not holding pressure during operation. bilge system pipe line to be repaired and defect to be proved for satisfactory. bilge system valve (size: 65 mm, type: sdnr valve tp:05 bar) to be overhauled and proved for satisfactory operation
