bids are invited for custom bid for services - e261 to e265 , items/services required e-261 port fin stabiliser sea water cooling system pipe line connecting to flow meter deteriorated/damaged. pipe line {mat- cu-ni, dia- 38 mm, thick – 2 mm, length – 2.5 mtr (flange to flange)} along with unions to be renewed and system to be proved. inway job including renewal of flexible hose with connections (matneoprene rubber, dia-38 mm, length – 35 cm, qty – 02 nos.) provided in the pipeline. no. 01 (b) e-262 fwd fire and sprinkling pump discharge valve to fire main system not holding pressure. suspect valve seat deteriorated. valve to be overhauled and proved (type – sdnr, size – 80 mm, qty – 01 no.0). no. 01 (c) e-263 following system pipelines excessively corroded and deteriorated at various places. to be renewed as per sample and system to be proved:- (a) air weed line at fin compt. (dia- 32 mm, length, 3.5 mtr, mat – gi, thick – 3 mm) (b) ac-2 condenser sea water outlet line (dia-80 mm, length 1.3 mtr, mat-cuni, thick-2 mm) (c) port cpp cooler inlet line (dia-32 mm, length 1.5 mtr, mat-cuni, thick-2 mm) no. 01 e-264 chequered plate supporting frame top of stbd shaft line at aer deteriorated at various places. supporting frame to be renewed as per sample (mat – ms, length – 3.5 mtr, width – 1 mtr, thick -5 mm no. 01 e-265 sacrificial anodes of all three ac condensers consumed during operation. all three condenser’s sacrificial anodes needs to be renewed as per sample (mat- zinc anode, dia – 60 mm, length - 60 mm, qty – 06 nos) total quantity :
