tender for repairing and overhauling of 11 kv vcb work- 1 reapiring and overhauling of 11 kv different make vcb complete in all electrical/mechanical works including repairing & setting of defective system with spare parts & levers for smooth & proper operations and removal of electrical / mechanical defect of 11 kv vcb from switchgears including making burnt wiring, checking proper & ok tripping system from relay of 11 kv vcb with panel at installed various 33/11 kv sub-stations at installed various 33/11 kv substation as per following :-note: - the repair work shall be involved in carrying out the repair works vcbs the main items / parts (damage / unserviceable) shall be provided by the department for replacement of the same & gears, bearings, studs, indicator lamps, flexible copper wire lugs, tie, bakelite socket, nuts & bolts etc. shall be provided by the contractor. 2 providing and replacement of 11 kv ct 600/300/5 as per respo (make: cl, bhel schemer, l&t tosiba, stel etc.). 3 providing and replacement of 11 kv ct 400/200/5 as per respo (make: cl, bhel schemer, l&t tosiba, stel etc.). 4 providing and replacement of defective 11 kv potential transformer. 5 providing and replacement of defective ht hrc fuse for pt of appropriate rating. 6 servicing and repairing of mechanical system for proper opening, closing & tripping of 11 kv vcb breaker. (warranty period will be six month). 7 providing and replacement of 11kv vcb spring charging motor of appropriate rating/standard make. 8 providing and replacement of defective/burnt mcb of appropriate rating. 9 providing and replacement of defective/burnt auxilliary switch of appropriate rating. 10 providing and replacement of defective antipumping relay. 11 providing and replacement of defective spout r.y.b. phase incoming & bus bar side. 12 providing and replacement of defective jaw (male / female) for 11 kv vcb trolley. 13 providing and replacement of defective indicator. 14 providing and replacement of defective ampere meter. 15 providing and replacement of defective volt meter. 16 providing and replacement of defective tnc switch. 17 providing and replacement of defective local/remote switch. 18 providing and replacement of defective buzzer. 19 replacement & supply of defective closing coil (24 vdc). 20 in case of emergency breakdown vcb repairing etc work line cleaning and refitting after removal of fault with in 1 hour after getting information and warranty period will be six month. 21 providing and errection of pipe earthing via 2 inch dia gi pipe (3mm) upto 40 feet. 22 providing & replacement of damage heater with energation complete. please enable macros to view boq information
