tender for repairing and overhauling of 33 kv vcb and control panel work- 1 reapiring and overhauling of 33 kv different make vcb / control panel complete in all electrical/mechanical works including repairing & setting of defective system with spare parts & levers for smooth & proper operations and removal of electrical / mechanical defect of 33 kv vcb / control panel from switchgears including making burnt wiring, checking proper & ok tripping system from relay of 33 kv vcb / coontrol panel with panel at installed various 33/11 kv sub-stations at installed various 33/11 kv substation as per following :-note: - the repair work shall be involved in carrying out the repair works vcbs / control panels the main items / parts (damage / unserviceable) shall be provided by the department for replacement of the same & gears, bearings, studs, indicator lamps, flexible copper wire lugs, tie, bakelite socket, nuts & bolts etc. shall be provided by the contractor. 2 providing & replacement of 33 kv current transformer 400/2001 or 200/100/1. 3 providing & replacement of 11 kv potential transformer. 4 providing & replacement of defective 33 kv panel o/c+ e/f idmt relay with retrofitting arrangement. 5 providing & replacement of defective 33 kv panel master relay with retrofitting arrangement. 6 providing & replacement of defective 33 kv panel auxilary realy with retrofitting arrangement. 7 providing & replacement of defective closing coil. 8 providing & replacement of defective tripping coil. 9 providing & replacement of defective main contact block of breaker. 10 providing & replacement of defective tnc switch. 11 providing & replacement of defective control cable form panel to vcb/ct chamber 2 & 4*25 50 mm armoured cable. 12 providing & replacement of vcb spring charging motor of appropriate make & rating. 13 providing & replacement of defective/burnt mcb of appropriate make & rating. 14 providing & replacement of defective/burnt auxillary switch of appropriate rating. 15 providing & replacement of defective antipumping relay. 16 providing & replacement of defective led indicator. 17 providing & replacement of defective ampere meter. 18 providing & replacement of defective volt meter. 19 providing & replacement of defective local/remote switch. 20 providing & replacement of defective buzzer. 21 providing & replacement of defective bucholtz relay. 22 providing & replacement of defective main contact block. 23 providing & replacement of arching horn. 24 providing & replacement of coppermess for 11 kv side connection neutral. 25 servicing of electrical system for proper opening, closing & tripping of 33 kv breakers including providing necessary internal wiring, lugs, ferrules of appropriate rating and colour coding & servicing mechanical system for proper opening, closing & tripping of 33 kv breakers & servicing 33 kv panel for proper operation of opening, closing, tripping, alarm indication of breaker including proper internal wiring of panels and proper wiring between panels, dc charger, 33 kv breaker, 33 kv cts, 33 kv pts, power transformer oil temprature indicator winding temprature indicator oil level indicator bucholtz relay etc with proper contol cable lugs, ferrules of appropriate rating and colour maintenance of lighting arrangement in switchyard & control room also and other important works related to 33/11kv substaion, warranty will be six month 26 providing & replacement of damaged isolator jaw in complete please enable macros to view boq information
