tender for mtps-ii - mi circle - o&ahs -fam-overhauling of03 nos of fluidizing blowers, 04 nos of unloading spout, 06 nos of rotary vane feeder, ash conditioner units in silo area during the capital overhauling 2025 - 2026.; 1 removing of ‘v’ belt, blower pulley and dismantling of blower suction and delivery connection, safety valve, nrv etc., (fluidizing blower) 2 dismantling and removing of de and nde side gear assembling both side bearing cup, bearing check nut, lock washer, bearings, removing of oil seal and side cover by lifting to work place.(fluidizing blower) 3 dismantling and removing the 2 nos impeller from side gear assembling both side bearing cup, bearing check nut, lock washer, bearings removing of oil seal and side cover by lifting to work place.(fluidizing blower) 4 reassembling of new oil seal, bearing 4 nos, gear assembling suction, delivery connection, air, filter, safety valve and alignment checking.(fluidizing blower) 5 reassembling of belt pulley by lifting and fixing and alignment checking and successful testing and commissioning.(fluidizing blower) 6 supply of fluidizing blower bearings for replacing the damaged one (bearing no- 2310 -(isi standard reputed make with original invoice) 7 removing the 300nb dome valves from the line, dismantling the valves, inspection of seal & other parts, reconditioning / replacement of wornout seal/other parts if necessary, reassembling the valve and fixing with line in proper manner.(300 nb dome valves) 8 charges for removing, cleaning, inspection replacement of unloading spouts, damaged of ropes & belts and drive mechanisms as per the direction of the engineer charge-including charges for t&p required, consumables, safety appliances, all labour charges etc. (unloading spout) 9 charges for removing, cleaning, inspectionof rvf unit, damaged of bearings &mechanisms,reconditioning of the damaged parts and reassembling from its position including charges for t&p required, consumables, safety appliances, all labour charges etc. (rotary vane feeder). 10 dismantling, renewal of bearings, gears and internals, re assembling of rvf unit gear box & unloading spout gear boxes. (this works involves complete dismantling of rvf unit gear box, cleaning all the internals, inspection, renewal of bearings, gears & internals (if necessary) and reassembling the same. (rvf & unloading spout). 11 charges for clearing the ash chock in fly ash silo fluidizing line in silo area at 15 meter elevation (this works involves complete dismantling of fluidizing line,nrv, valves. clearing the ash chock and reassembling the lines, nrv and valves with new gaskets. (fluidizing line). 12 overhauling of ash conditioner unit in bottom ash silo area ( this work involves overhauling of gear box, plummer block 4 nos (driven & non driven side), overhauling the water line, valves & nozzles, overhauling ofrvf unit, overhauling of plates and shafts).(ash conditioner unit for bottom ash silo 1 & 2)
