nnctps - ii- m-i circle – common auxiliaries – s.dn. ii – unit ii aoh – overhauling of dm water transfer pumps 2a & 2b (split casing two stage horizontal centrifugal pump-capacity 120 cu.mt at 60mts. head), its valves and ro-hp pump-c (six stage horizontal type centrifugal pump – capacity 147 cu.m at 125m head) during annual overhauling of unit ii for the year 205-26..; 1 overhauling ofd.m water transfer pumps 2a & 2b 2 charges for dismantling the pump, checking clearance, marking and removing the worn out pump internals which includes consumables and t&ps etc., 3 charges for recontioning of seal cover, stuffing box collor and impeller wear ringand its seating area which includes cost of consumables,t & ps etc., 4 charges for checking run out of pump shaft and dynamic balaning impeller and all rotating parts by adding/removing the weights which includes cost of consumables, t&ps etc., 5 charges for loading and unloading of pump rotating parts from site to work shop and back to site which includes cost of transportation, consumables,t&ps etc., 6 charges for reassembling of the pump internals, checking clearence,alighening of mechanical seal in a correct position, fixing new bearings which inclusive of t & ps and consumables. 7 charges for alignment of pump with motor, comissioning of the pump inclusive of t & ps and consumables. 8 overhauling of pump inlet valve, outlet valve, nrv and recirculation valves. this work involves dismantling of valves, inspection, rectifiction of defects if any, cleaning of all parts etc., and renewing if necessary and assembling the valves. 9 overhauling of rohp pump-c 10 charges for dismantling the high pressure pump and its internalsclearance checking, marking and removingthe worn out parts, inclusive of t & ps and consumables. 11 charges for loading and unloading of pump rotating parts from site to work shop site, balancing site and back to plant. 12 charges for machining of wear rings, pump shaft, impeller and other rotating parts. this work involves turning, grinding and checking the run out of the wear rings for the correct dimensions and suit the shaft with interface fit and checking the run out of shaft and the impellers stage by stage. 13 charges for dynamic balancing of the all rotating parts. the work involves leading and unloading of the pump rotating parts one by one in dynamic balancing machine and checking the rotating parts with 1000 rpm and removing/adding material for correct balancing. 14 charges for reassembling of the pump internals, defusers stage body and float setting adjustment with pump impeller and pump casing charges inclusive t & ps and consumables. 15 charges for alignment of pump with motor coupling distance setting, testing and comissioning of the pump inclusive of t & ps and consumables..
