nctps ii mi circle mpm unit ioverhauling of millfeeder outlet gate and its power cylinder during annual overhauling 2023-24. 1 charges for dismantling of feeder outlet gate, complete overhauling and assembling, checking for smooth operation and normalizing including hire charges for t&p’s and cost of consumables. 2 charges for overhauling of feeder outlet gate power cylinder. this work involves dismantling of power cylinder from feeder gate, lifting and placing on the floor using chain block, dismantling of feeder outlet gate cylinder internals such as top cover, piston, seal kit, bottom cover, etc, cleaning of all internals, replacing of damaged seal kit with new one, reassembling of all internals, reassembling of feeder outlet gate cylinder to feeder, checking of open / close operation including cost of seal kits, hire charges for t&p’s and cost of consumables.
