providing and fitting of spares/jobs to be carried out on mobile van pertaining to mechanical and hospital sub-division 1st handwara--1 mobile vanproviding and fitting of following spares to tata 407 for four wheel checkingoil seal front wheel 4x4 1.01 b) oil seal rear wheel inner outer 1.02 c) emry sheet 1.03 d) shaft bolt 1.04 e) brake lining with rivets 1.05 f) hub bolt 1.06 g) pinion oil seal 1.07 h) rear wheel lock washer 1.08 i) front wheel lock washer 1.09 j) brake oil 1.10 k) grease wheel bearing. 2 p/f of wiper arm blade (set). the job includes dismantling of old and damaged one and fitting of new one. 3 repairs to the bumper, trolley and body of mobile van by way of removing dents from the same by employing expert denter then welding of damaged spots by employing electric arc welding followed by painting of damaged spots. the painting shall include surface prepration followed by one coat of red oxide and two coats of high quality metallic paint as per directions of eic.  all the tools/tackles/dg set/ welding machine / spray paint machine/carriage/labour etc required for the job shall be provided by firm. 4 p/f of star cross (uj cross) as per sample. the job includes dismantling of old one and fitting of new one. 5 repairs to electrical system by way of replacement of damaged fuses and replacement of damaged wiring by way of engaging expert automobile electrician and providing/fitting of necessary wiring of suitable size as per sample. 6 p/f of fog lights assembly as per sample. the job includes dismantling of old one and fitting of new one. 7 p/f of head lights as per sample. the job includes dismantling of old one and fitting of new one. 8 p/f of back lights as per sample. the job includes dismantling of old one and fitting of new one. 9 p/f of rearview mirror assembly . the job includes dismantling of old one and fitting of new one. 10 p/f of small side glass. the job includes dismantling of old one and fitting of new one. 11 p/f of window handle locks as per sample by way of dismantling old damaged locks,surface preparation and fitting of new lock duly tested. 12 the job includes repairs to muffler by way of removal of old worn out bush and fitting of new one. the job further includes welding of damaged spots to arrest leakage. 13 p/f of brake shoes. the job includes demounting of tyre, removal of old and worn out brake shoes and replacing with new one. 14 p/f of tyres( size 7.5x16) of reputed make. the job includes dismantling of old and worn out tyres and fitting of new ones. 15 p/f of cabin floor matting 16 p/f of tie rod end set as per sample. the job includes dismantling of old one and fitting with new one. 17 p/f of m oil filter as per sample. the job includes dismantling of old one and fitting with new one. 18 p/f of diesel filter as per sample. the job includes dismantling of old one and fitting with new one. 19 p/f of air filter as per sample. the job includes dismantling of old one and fitting with new one. 20 repairs to gear box. the job includes dismounting of gear box from the chassis, dismantling all the gears, gear shafts, drainage of gear oil. cleaning the gear box, shifting to the workshop then welding at cracked spot by using suitable size and material welding electrodes and doing other necessary repair jobs. refitting all the gears, shafts, filling of gear oil, refitting the whole assembly to the machine and testing for leakage. all the tools/tackles/carriage/labour etc required for the job shall be provided by firm.
