repairs/spares to snow cat 10 (farmtrac) and snow cat 27 (preet 90 hp), of mechanical and hospital sub division 1st anantnag.- snow cat 10 (farmtrac 60 hp) 2 dismantling of existing damaged drivers seat. providing of angle iron 40x40x6mmx20’ & m.s. sheet 2’x2’x6mm for fabrication of drivers seat. the job includes providing of consumable items like lpg/o2 gas refilled cylinders, welding electrode 4mm(01 pkt), cutting wheel 14” dia and grinding wheel of size 7”x6mm. the fabricated frame needs to be fixed by fastening 12mmx3” bolts with nuts after making holes of required bolt size. the m.s. sheet 2’x2’ has to be placed on the top of the frame for placing foam type seat with cover 3 providing and fitting of front wheel tyre tube of size 11.4x24 with flap 4 repairs to the rear brake assy (left and right side) by way of unmounting the rear wheels and then dismantling of the brake unit and replacement of worn out parts like brake disc and brake drive including adjustment and then assembling the whole unit. the job also includes road testing. all the leads and lifts, tools and tackles are in the scope of the firm. 5 repairs to the radiator by way of dismantling the radiator from the machine and then shifting the damaged radiator from site at pahalgam to local market for repairs by way of washing with caustic soda and then brazing the leakingfins and joints and testing thereof. 6 providing and fitting of 02 nos fog lights 12v with h4 lamp. 7 repairs to blade assembly by way of repairs to all damaged/cracked joints and frame by means of welding, grazing and finishing in order to strengthen the blade frame to withstand impact load during work. the job also includes p/f of nuts and bolts of required size wherever required. 8 snow cat 27 (preet 90 hp) 9 providing and fitting of 02 nos fog lights 12v with h4 lamp. 10 repairs to blade assembly by way of repairs to all damaged/cracked joints and frame by means of welding, grazing and finishing in order to strengthen the blade frame to withstand impact load during work. the job also includes p/f of nuts and bolts of required size wherever required. 11 providing and fitting of return fuel pipe 13’ long 12 providing and fitting of hydraulic pipe (pressure 4800psi, inner dia 8mm, length 12 feet along with collar joints. 13 providing and fitting of steering pipe(as per sample)
