supply of spares/repairs to snow machine 74 (lpt 715), snow cat 9010 holland and snow cat 60 hp sonalika of mechanical and hospital sub division 1st anantnag.- 1 snow machine 74 (lpt 715) 2 complete front wheel checking of mc-74. the job includes dismounting of two no’s front tyres along with wheel hub inner & outer all fixtures of hub assy followed by washing & cleaning of all parts using hsd provided by the contractor. the job includes replacing of all damaged parts & remounting the assy after proper greasing. 3 repairment towards blade assy of mc-74 – the job includes dismantling of blade assy , removing of worn out bushes & bolts & replacing them by new ones by way of machining face cutting , drilling , grooving & finishing etc.the includes proper welding at places where ever necessary. 4 providing & fitting of accelerator cable (gas pedal to engine throttle plate). 5 supply of filter kit comprising of engine oil filter (01 no) diesel filter (02 no) air filter (primary & secondary element). 6 providing & fitting of rear view mirror with bracket. 7 providing & fitting of two no’s fog light assy with h4 lamps along with fuse & switch. 8 providing & fitting of cabin light complete with lamp. 9 providing of wiper blade with arm 10 providing of tape roll (steel grip) 11 snow cat 60 hp sonalika 12 supply of filter kit new holland 9010 which includes m oil filter (01 no )hydraulic filter (01 no )diesel filter kit (01 no)air filter kit ( primary & secondary ) 01 kit 13 supply and fitting of tie rod assy ( complete ). 14 providing and fitting of wiper blade assy with arms. 15 repairment towards pump nozzles the job includes dismantling of pump from the machine cleaning of nozzles & if required fitment of new bushes & oil seals etc. further the job includes testing of fi pump & fitting the tested pump to the machine. 16 repair to blade assy by way of repairs to hydraulic frame & all cracked / damaged joints by means of welding, grazing & finishing in order to strength the frame with stand impact loading during operation. the job also includes providing & fitting of nut bolts of required size welding where ever required. 17 providing and fitting of side view mirror (left / right ) side with bracket.. 18 providing and fitting of door locks. 19 providing & fitting of 2 no.s of tractor type fog lights 12 v with h4 lamps along with fuse & switch. 20 snow cat 60 hp sonalika 21 supply of filter kit new holland 9010 which includes m oil filter (01 no )hydraulic filter (01 no )diesel filter kit (01 no)air filter kit ( primary & secondary ) 01 kit 22 repair to blade assy by way of repairs to hydraulic frame & all cracked / damaged joints by means of welding, grazing & finishing in order to strength the frame with stand impact loading during operation. the job also includes providing & fitting of nut bolts of required size welding where ever required. 23 providing of dhoti cloth.
