tender for repairs to sonalika tractor 90 rx of gda gulmarg - repairs to 4x4 gear mechanism by way of replacement of damaged gears of front wheel differential. the job includes disassembling of 4x4 gear box/transmission box from the machine and replacement of damaged gears with new gears and fitting the same. the job includes testing the same on full load. 2 repairs to the fixed snow plough. the job includes dismounting of the plough from the machine and then removing bends by heating, pressing, hammering and welding at damaged spots. the job further includes strengthening of the blade base by providing angle iron at the damaged spots. the job further includes mounting of the plough assembly back to the machine and testing to check its performance. 3 replacement of worn-out cutting edges along with cut cutting edge nut/bolts lock type (16 no’s). the job includes extraction of worn-out cutting edges and fixing of new cutting edges of thickness 20mm with drilling of holes for fixing on the blade. 4 providing and fitting of hydraulic pipe of 16 feet long with pressure range 4500psi from distributor to blade holding plate for feeding the hydraulic cylinder lines. 5 replacement and providing of filters viz. fuel filter (02 nos), hydraulic filter (01 no.), moil filter (01 no.) and air filter (02 nos). the job includes extraction of old filters and fitting of new filters. 6 providing of m. oil15w40 7 providing of transmission oil 10w 8 providing of coolant 9 providing and fitting of new right side glass door in one piece with holes for fittings as per model. 10 providing and fitting of new left side door lock. 11 providing and fitting of new front indicators along with attachment for fixing. 12 providing and fitting of front and rear wiper blades. 13 providing and fitting of head light lamps 12v 14 providing of non-skid chains for front wheels (size12.4-24) 15 supply of 16-20mm dia heavy duty twisted steel towing cables, capable of withstanding load of 25 tonnes of length 3 metres. the rope shall be provided with forged towing hooks fitted with u clamp wire lockson both sides.
