repair and maintenance of rolba 1500 and case 770x of snow clearance control room kulgam/bathipora.- 1 rolba 1500 2 replacement of filters :providing and fitting offuel filter (02 no.s), hydraulic filter(01 no.), m oil filter(02 no.),and air filter(02 no.s),.the job includes extraction of old filters and fitting of new filters. 3 repairs to the shoot of blower:the job includes removing bends by heating, pressing, hammering and welding at damaged spots. the job further includes strengthening of the shoot by providing ms sheet support at the damaged spots. 4 providing and fitting led fog light (24v ip64 rated) assy. on front side of the machine. 5 fabrication and providing of hardened steel shear pins required for snow machine (snow cutter rolba 1500) with dimensions as per sample. 6 fabrication of new cutting edges out of ms flats with matching dimension of width and thickness, which will be supplied by the department. the fabrication involves of cutting the flats to the matching length of two pieces of the existing fitted cutting edges of the blade and drilling of holes(12 in total) of size 16-18mm as required by using oxy- acetylene gas and other tools and tackles. the job also includes supply of new set of m14 bolts with nuts and washers of standard grade. all tools and tackles during execution of work are to be provided by the firm 7 greasing on critical components of rolba 1500 snow blower which include: pin joints of hydrualic cylinders in blower assembly andsteering cylinders and linkages, suspension system including pins and spring shackles. (the required amount of the grease will be provided by the department).the tools including grease gun involved in the execution of the job are to be provided by the firm. 8 case 770x 9 greasing on critical components of case 770 back hoe loader which include: steering linkages,including ball joints, tie rods ends, , steering cylinder pivot pins, hinge pins, all the joints in front end loader and back hoe arm including of bucket lower/upper pins, linkage pivot pins, rocker arm pivot pins, bucket cylinder pivot pins, boom cylinder pivot pins and boom pivot pins.
