tender for improvement of suction line and allied works at supreme court sps. , improvement of suction line and allied works at supreme court sps. by carrying out following works. disconnecting all electric connections and decoupling the motor from the pump and pump from suction and delivery system by using gas cutter set and manual labour. , dismantling the pump set from the base frame by cutting of rusted m.s nut bolts and foundation bolts by gas cutter set and electric welding machine, removing all the nut bolt and worm out m.s base frame from the reinforced cement concrete foundation suction and delivery side by gas cutter set and electric welding set job also includes dismantling the suction & delivery side sluice valve, nrv, taper bend etc. as per side requirement and lifting of pump and motor on ground level. , reinstallation and refitting the pump set as per original position with proper alignment and also making of all electrical connections, fitting all valves, bends etc. in original position and testing / commissioning on full load i/c cartage etc. , supply of m.s pipe of size 150 mm dia heavy duty as per is: 1239. make - jindal/tata , supply of non rising sluice valve of size 150mm, is: 14846 pn1.0 make- kirloskar / ivc / djb approved , supply of swing check nrv of size 150mm is: 5312 part 1 pn1.0 make - kirloskar / ivc / djb approved , supply of m.s bend of size 150mm , supply of m.s flange of size 150 mm x12mm thickness. , supply of m.s 150mm pipe clamp as per sample , fixing of 150mm dia m.s. pipe having above items, along with non return valves, sluice valves ,pipes and flange welding, with the help of all labour like fitter, welder cutter ,helper ,beldar ,electrician, and supervisor etc. and material like welding machine ,cutter set ,oxygen cylinder, nut bolt ,pecking sheet ,welding rods and t&p etc. z , testing the pump set on no load & on full load after commissioning of all connection.
