renovation of foundation of pump set no . 1/30 mgd at ring road sps . , renovation of foundation of pump set no . 1/30 mgd by carrying out the following jobs:- providing of temporary support to delivery and suction line of the pump . , dismantling of pump and motor from the foundation after the cutting the nuts and bolts with gas cutter and with the help of eot crane and manual labour . , closing of suction and delivery valves with ms blank flange rubber packing and nuts bolts . , dismantling of base frame after cutting of jammed/damaged foundation bolt with gas cutter and eot crane and fabrication of ms base frame as per original design and size . , cutting of holes in the rcc foundation with pneumatic hammer for fixing new foundation bolts of required size . , providing of heavy-duty foundation bolt nut & washer of size 40mm dia and 300mm length ss . , grouting of foundation bolts after welding with ms jal in existing foundation including the rcc work to carry out the proper grouting of bolts . , providing of ms plates of size 25mm thick and 300mm width for fixing on the corner of the base frame bottom sides including drilling of holes for foundation bolts as required . , fixing of above ms plate on the rcc foundation with proper levelling . , fixing of ms base frame with proper levelling including rcc work as required . , fixing of pump sets on base frame , alignment of pump with motor , electric connection of motor cables including providing and fixing ms nuts & bolts on suction delivery line with rubber packing . , testing and commissioning of pump set on full load .
