tender for repairing /renovation of ms base frame and other allied works for pump set no-1 and 2 installed at pocket-9a dda flat bps jasola vihar in okhla constituency ac-54. , dismantling of old pump set after disconnecting from suction and delivery pipeline, decoupling with motor, removing of electric connections from motor i/c taking out old pump from existing system etc., closing of suction & delivery line with the help of suitable size dead flange. , dismantling and taking out damaged m s base frame from cement concrete foundation after cutting of nut bolts, breaking the damaged reinforced cement concrete foundation of the existing pump set by the help of concrete breaker and labour. also taking out malba from the pump house by manual labour & dumping the same as per directions. , providing & making of safety arrangement like safety helmet, gum boots, hand gloves, safety belts, safety shoes, first aid box, caution tape, barrier cone, torch, etc arranged by the firm at site of work for safe working as per site requirement. , making a reinforced cement concrete foundation of existing pump set of material ratio 1:1.5:3 (cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregates) concrete with foundation/rag bolts as per site requirement. providing & fixing of m.s base frame of suitable size with nut bolt & washer etc for pump sets as per site requirement. , providing & fixing of suitable size coupling for pump set with suitable size coupling guard & fixing with nut bolt & washer etc as per site requirement. , fixing of pump/motor in the system by bolting in ms base frame in reinforced cement concrete foundation, coupling with existing pump/motor including minor civil work required for leveling of pump-motor with suction and delivery line. installation/fixing of sluice valves, nrvs, etc and making all electrical connections of motor with suitable size lugs, nut bolt & washer etc as per site requirement. , supply of ci/di swing type sluice valve pn 1.0 of size 100mm dia make:-kirloskar/ivc/djb approved. , supply of pvc insulated single core flexible copper cable of size 35 sq. mm. make: -havells/gloster/djb approved. , laying and connection of 35 sq. mm single core copper cable from lt panel to pump set with suitable size lugs, nut bolts & washer etc as per site requirement and with proper dressing and clamping. , providing and fixing of suitable size ms gap piece, flange, suitable size reducer, nut bolts, rubber packing etc and making suction & delivery connections with pump set with the help of suitable size ms gap piece, flange, suitable size reducer, nut bolts, rubber packing etc as per site requirement by using gas cutter, welding set, manual labour etc. , testing the complete system on no load and on full load as per the complete satisfaction of the engineer -in-charge.
