tender for replacement of 2.5 mgd pump set no. 2 at babu park kotla bps under kasturba nagar constituency ac-42. , supply of horizontal split casing pump set with impeller & neck ring (cf8), casing (ci), shaft & sleeve (ss-410) in fitted condition with suitable bearing along with ie2 rating squirrel cage induction tefc motor. the pump and motor coupled on ms base frame with coupling and coupling guard. specifications of pump set :- head : 40 mtr. discharge: 500 m³/hr. rpm : 1480 efficiency: 85% motor rating: 120 hp pole: 4 rpm: 1480 pump make: m&p/jyoti/lubi/kirloskar/any djb approved make. motor make: cg/kirloskar/abb/ any djb approved make. , making and supply of suitable size both side flange ms reducer to modify delivery & suction line as per site requirement. , supply of neoprene rubber insertion sheet (75% neoprene) make: jyoti/ deep jyoti/djb approved make. , supply of nut bolts and washer etc. as per site requirements , dismantling of old pump with help of labour and material like welding machine, cutter set, welding rod etc. with adequate safety provision. installation, testing and commissioning of new pump as per original position with proper alignment and also making of all electrical connections, fitting all valves, reducer, bends, other accessories with necessary required all sundry items for completion of work etc. in original position and testing / commissioning on full load as per the satisfaction of engineer in-charge. installation work includes labour like fitter, welder, cutter, helper, beldar, chowkidar, supervisor, and electrician and material like welding machine, cutter set, welding rod, nut bolt with washer, packing sheet etc. the work includes cartage, loading, unloading of material, adequate safety provision, pumping out water caused during the dismantling and installation work. firm has to complete the work in all respect against this no extra payment given to the firm.
