providing / replacement of damaged components of lt control panel along with allied works installed at p / s gandhir nallah-providing and replacement of damaged components of lt control panel installed at pumping station gandhir nallaha by way of disconnecting three phase ht and lt electric connections and then dismantling of damaged parts of panel and then providing and fitting of new parts i.e. power contactormnx-70-02 nos., mnx-50-01no. motor protection relay (fault analyzer)-01 no., ampere meter and voltmeter-01 no. each, single phase preventor-01 no., star delta timer-01 no., indicator on/off switch-02 no. and replacement of internal circuits of the panel and providing and fitting of new thimbles to the cable end for making connections with the panel .testing on full load and ensuring smooth and proper functioning of the panel including testing of tripping of panel in case of the any fault. the job also includes servicing of mccb to remove carbon depositions by using scrubber and ctc and lubricating its moving parts of mccbcomplete job including cost of material, labour, transport, taxes and other unforeseen expenses.
