replacement of wornout components of lt control panel installed at p/s jandrah stage-i.-replacement of worn out components of lt control panel installed at pumping station jandrah stage -i by way of disconnecting three phase ht and lt electric connections and then dismantling of damaged parts of panel and then providing and fitting of new parts i.e. power contactormnx-95-02 nos.,. motor protection relay (fault analyzer)-01 no., ampere meter and voltmeter-01 no. each, single phase preventor-01 no., star delta timer-01 no., indicator on/off switch-02 no. and replacement of internal circuits of the panel and providing and fitting of new thimbles to the cable end for making connections with the panel .testing on full load and ensuring smooth and proper functioning of the panel including testing of tripping of panel in case of the any fault.the job also includes providing and fitting of new three phase main switch with hrc fuse unit 200 amp by removing thedamaged /burnt main switch from its installed position and fitting of new main switch of standard make of capacity 200 amp-01 no. by p/f ofnew thimbles with proper insulation at cable ends on both incoming and outgoing. the job also includes providing and fitting of single core coppercables 50 sq mm 30 meter from lt panel to motor with proper sized thimbles using crimpling tools and making of all electric connections, properly checking and tightening of any loose connection and testing of pumping machinery on full load. the job also includes servicing of mccb to remove carbon depositions by using scrubber and ctc and lubricating its moving parts of mccb complete job including cost of material, labour, transport, taxes and other unforeseen expenses.
