tender for providing / replacement of damaged components of lt control panel installed at tube / well marh kullian- 1 providing /replacement of damaged components of lt control panel installed at tube well marh kullian. the job involves disconnection of all the three phases of incoming electrical supply to lt control panel by using requisite tools and tackles after disconnecting main power supply from main switch/ lt fuse side of the distribution transformer and then shifting of lt control panel to workshop for further repair works.the job involves extracting out of damaged contactors-02 nos along with internal control wiring of the panel. the job involves providing and fitting of power contactors of reputed make mnx-50 - 03 nos, mcb 100 amp – 01 no., ampere meter – 01 no. the job includes replacement of internal control wiring which shall be properly attached to all the circuit contacts of the contactors, star delta timer, power buttons, indicators etc. making all the electric connections after proper thimbling/taping and testing the panel on no load in workshop. shifting of lt control panel back to site in mechanical transport and its loading/unloading by means of manual labour. placing of panel to its appropriate location and re-connecting all the cable leads of the submersible motor to the output of the panel and re-connecting all the electrical connection of incoming power to the input side of panel. testing it on no load and then to full load and ensuring smooth and proper functioning of the panel including testing of trippings of panel in case of any fault. complete job includes cost of material, labour, transport, taxes and other unforeseen expenses.
