tender for servicing / calibration of protection relays of lt panel with other allied works at rwph , hpww - ii :-1 digital amp meter / 05, make -l&t 2 ass selector switch 6 amp, make - salzer / kycee 3 tnc selector switch 16 amp- make-salzer / kycee 4 indicating light red / green- make- l&t 5 sp mcb 6 amp, make-l&t 6 control wire 1.5mm 7 digital kwh meter , make –l&t 8 cooling fan, make- rexnord 9 filter , make -encoz 10 heater, 2 wire , 1phase, 230vac, 11 thermostate 12 aux. relay, 2-4 changeover relay with base, make- omron 13 dismantling of old existing amp. meter from lt panel after disconnecting the wiring connections after proper shutdown conditions and discharging of the cts . 14 making the required wiring connections between the meter and amp meter sel switch as well as cts, laying and connecting of copper wire including thimbling and providing all consumables as required. 15 dismantling of old existing idmt over current relay from lt panel after disconnecting the wiring connections after proper shutdown conditions and discharging of the cts . 16 calibration of existing idmt over current relay and making the required wiring connection between the idmt relay and protection cts. laying and connecting of copper wire including thimbling and providing all consumables as required. 17 testing and commissioning of new installed relays for their required operation and tripping configuration and sitting of fault levels of the relays and checking for their fault tripping commands / indication. 18 dismantling of old existing tnc switch from lt panel after disconnecting the wiring connections after proper shutdown conditions. 19 checking the wiring and making the required wiring connections between the tnc switch and acb, laying and connecting of copper wire including thimbling and providing all consumables as required. 20 making the required wiring connections between the indication led and control mcb as well as incoming bus bar, laying and connecting of copper wire including thimbling and providing all consumables as required. 21 making the required wiring connections between the indication led and control mcb as well as incoming bus bar, laying and connecting of copper wire including thimbling and providing all consumables as required. 22 dismantling of old existing aux. control relay and control fuse from lt panel after disconnecting the wiring connections after proper shutdown conditions. 23 making the required wiring connections for aux. control relay, laying and connecting of copper wire including thimbling and consumables as required. 24 dismantling of outgoing power connections from outgoing bus bar and checking the cts connections & continuity, reassemble the power cable with bus bar after proper shutdown conditions and discharging of the cts . 25 dismantling of bus bar connections, reassemble, rectification, alignment, cleaning and tightening of all out going bus bar sec and including required consumables. 26 assembling of all panel parts, testing & commissioning of the lt panel, checking the incoming and outgoing power supply
