servicing / repairing the ht / lt panels, transformer and its switchgear equipments installed at botany substation, university of delhi-servicing / overhauling and testing the existing ht panel with high pot machine till suitable rating and identify of leakage points by authorised personal of relevent class / category as required at site. 2 servicing / testing the existing vcbwith high pot machine till suitable rating and identify of leakage points by authorised personal of relevent class / category as required at site. 3 servicing / overhaulingthe existing lt / amf / capacitor panel with proper tools and testing all the equipments i / c checking all the connections, cleaning, tapping testingin the presence of authorized personel etc. as required at site. 4 servicing of acbs 1600 / 1250 and with proper tools and testing equipments i / c racking out / in tightening of bolts cleaning with petrol / crc / ctc and dry cloths etc. as required at site. 5 supplying and fixing ryb indication lamp in the existign panel i / c making connection as required. 6 testing / caliberation of protection relay of vcbs at ht panel / transformer i / c alarm tripping circuit etc. as required at site. 7 servicing of 750 / 1000 kva transformer with dry cloths and hand blower i / c checking all the connections, tightening the nutbolts etc. as required at site. 8 repairing and removing of leakage points, flash points in existing vcb panel with proper tools and accessories including cleaning, painting ( epoxy ht paints ) , testing after completion of work and before energizing etc. as required at site. 9 testing of exsting transformer 1000 kva before energize after repairing of vcb i / c checking of ht cable from vcbs to transformer / megger / high i / c no load testing, leakage, phase sequences etc. as required at site. 10 repairing of control wiring in ht panel including testing of protection relay of vcbs at ht panel / transformer i / c alarm tripping circuit etc. as required at site. 11 supplying and fixing of space heater 80 watts 220volts 50 hz in the existing ht panel including making connection etc. as required at site. 12 supplying and fixing of following rating 4 pole mccb with suitable copper bus bar links in the existing panel complete with all accessories i / c making connection as required. 13 400 amps 50 ka with electronic s2 protection unit dpx 630 legrand make 14 250 amps 50 ka with electronic s2 protection unit dpx 250 legrand make 15 making provision for cleaning the bus trunking with dry cloth and hand blower i / c inspection of fractures in insulation, tightening of nut bolts and replacement of damaged insulator as per site requirement. 16 s / f of following materials for repairing of four pole spectronic acbs of ge make 1600 / 1250 amps complete with all accessories as required at site. 17 fixed contact with base 18 cluster contact 19 shunt trip coil 24 volt dc 20 undervoltage coil 415 volt 21 pole assembly 22 dismantling the existing accessories and depositing the same at engineering store.
