servicing repair of dg set of 300 kva capacity installed at govt . dental hospital iggdc jammu , servicing/repair of d . g . set of 300 kva capacity installed at govt . dental ( iggdc ) hospital jammu . the job involves opening of lube filters and oil filter , draining of old engine oil and coolant . providing and fitting of new gasket , cylinder head cover set , engine hoses , sealing rings , flex fuel pipes , inner/ outer element , flex wire flow pipes set , element lube oil cleaner , bracket rocker arms , battery terminals etc . the job involves complete servicing of the engine by way of filling it with lubricating oil 50 litres and fitting of new lube & oil filters . the job also includes providing of 5 litres coolant to the engine block and complete servicing of alternator of the dg set by way of dismantling it from main shaft , checking of rotor assembly , cleaning of windings with oil and re assembling of the same with main transmission line of dg set . the job includes cost of material , transportation charges , skilled labour involved and all kinds of taxes ( gst etc . ) thereof .
