tender for repair to roads and road furniture at site r under ge af thane; 1 m & l for repairs to pot holes any depth n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per sqm,blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chipping ) depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm.all as specifid 2 m & l for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. all as specified and directed. 3 m & l for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen complete all as specified. 4 m & l for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (sdac) 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content (vg-30) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete by using computerised hot mix plant, mechanical pavor and roiiling by 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified. 5 m&l for painting lines,dashes,arrows,letters etc on road pavement and line exc 10 cm width or girth2mm thickthermoplastic refelective type road marking paint white or golden yellow over a coat of primer including preparation of new or previously untreated existing black top concrete surfaces etc all as specified andas directed.
