tender for repair to road pot holes at af stn bikaner; 1 m&l for repairs to pot holes exceeding 30 mmdepth,area not exceeding 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm depth, making good by applying tack coatwith bitumenous primer usingbitumen emulsion @ 5 kg /10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous mecadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per/10 sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity and consolidated including supply of premixed mecadam, binder and chipping complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge. . 2 m & l for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleanedblack top surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat @ 5 kg. per 10 sq.m using bitumen emulsion (rs-1) conforming to is-8887 with mechanical sprayer, operated by cold pressure mechanism complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge. 3 m&l forpreparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleanedblack top surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat @ 5 kg. per 10 sq.m using bitumen emulsion (rs-1) conforming to is-8887 with mechanical sprayer, operated by cold pressure mechanism including laying of bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness, using paving bitumen of grade vg - 30, with 5.5% of binder content by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and laid withmechanical paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.note:- (i) mixing of bituminous concrete shall be in hot mix plant.(ii) semi dense asphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed considering the bituminous content as specified and as directed. 4 m&l for premixed bituminous macadam from hot mix plant with 4% bindercontent by weight of total mix usingpaving bitumen of grade vg-30,laid withmechanical paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.note: mixing of bituminous concrete shall be in hot mix plant. 5 m&l for cleaning and preparing the bituminous road surface and making good for road marking with reflective thermoplastic white road marking paint confirming to bis-3262, laid through road marking machine in layer of crystalx (using 5kg per sqm by incorporating 8% white glass beads for reflectivity) and 2mm thick centre line, stop line etc. as per irc pattern laid at temperature 60 degree centigrade including making necessary traffic diversion arrangement complete all as specified and as directed. 6 dismantling aluminium road studs/dealineator any type and any size from bituminous road before road carpeting work complete all as specified anddirected by engineer-in-charge. 7 supply and fixingsolar road cat eye madeofalluminium alloy shell ( 100 % water proofing design according to 65 ) of size 125x125x25 mm ( shank 65 mm)of high efficiency mono rystafie solar panel 2.4v/0.3 watt one ni-ed rechargeble battery ( 1.2 v/1600 ma ) consisting of super bright led with 10000 to 18000 mcd completed as per manufature instruction etc . all as specified and directed by engr- in -charge. 8 supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with pama striplens reflector of model no da 972.0 fixed with and include ms stud of suitable size as per manufatures instructioncomplete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge. 9 supply and fixing metal tubular delineator made out of abs round body fiting with 2 nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of pmma and mounted on 45/50 mm dia ms pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated & thermoplastic elastomaric 3 bends of green ,red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips withantitheft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in pcc 1:2:4 (150x150x300 mm ) type b1 complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.
